AKEM publishes laboratory documentation only when it can be matched to the exact material and lot offered on the product page. We do not use a general badge or a report from a different lot as a substitute for lot-specific records.

Documentation Before Availability
Lot-specific COAs will be published only after AKEM has received and reviewed results for the exact product and lot. If the documentation required for a lot has not been received, matched, and approved for publication, that lot will display Documentation pending — not currently available for purchase and checkout will remain disabled.
What Each Lot Record Will Show
When documentation is available, the product page will identify:
- exact product name and strength
- lot or batch identifier
- report date
- testing laboratory
- laboratory accreditation only when verified and applicable to the reported method
- methods, analytes, results, and stated limitations shown on the report
- the complete report file for that exact lot.
These are lot-level fields. AKEM does not use one global laboratory, accreditation, test panel, or purity statement unless the current records support that statement for every affected lot.
Read the Scope of the Result
The meaning of a result depends on the method actually performed. A chromatographic purity result addresses the components resolved under the reported method and conditions. It does not, by itself, establish identity, fill quantity, sterility, endotoxin level, residual-solvent content, stability, safety, efficacy, or suitability for a particular protocol. Those attributes require their own appropriate tests and records.
Verify the Exact Match
Before relying on a report, compare the product name, strength, form, and lot or batch code on the product label with the document. Do not apply a report from one lot to another. If any field is missing or does not match, stop and contact [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] with the order number, product, strength, lot code, and a clear label photo.
What a COA Does — and Does Not — Establish
A COA reports specified analytical work on an identified sample. It is not FDA approval and does not establish that a product is safe, effective, sterile, pyrogen-free, clinical grade, pharmaceutical grade, or suitable for human or veterinary use. AKEM laboratory research products are not represented for administration to humans or animals.
