Order and Payment Support
Include your AKEM order number in the subject line. For a pending Cash App or Venmo order, include the order number and payment date. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full card numbers, bank credentials, or government identification by email.
Tracking and Delivery
When tracking is available, it will appear in the account or shipment email generated by the configured fulfillment system. If tracking has not updated, the package is damaged, an item is missing, or the order is incorrect, contact support with the order number and follow the Shipping and Returns policies. Photos of the shipping box, label, packing material, and affected item may be required.
Product and COA Questions
For help locating the correct batch document, provide the product name, strength, and batch or lot code from the label. AKEM can help resolve documentation and order-record questions.
